Remuneration of Receivers. The Security Agent may determine the remuneration of any Receiver I and direct payment of that remuneration out of moneys received by the Receiver I. The Assignor alone shall be liable for the remuneration and all other costs, losses, liabilities and expenses of the Receiver I.
