Common use of Removal of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Removal of Personnel. The Corporation may, at any time after the commencement of the Work and at its sole discretion, direct the Contractor in writing to remove any member of the Contractor’s Personnel from the performance of the Work. The Contractor shall immediately comply with such direction and shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, replace, or procure the replacement of, such person with another person suitably qualified and acceptable to Corporation. The Contractor shall bear the costs of any such removal and replacement.
