Removal of Personnel. The Department may give Notice, on reasonable grounds related to the performance of the Services, requiring the Provider to remove Personnel from work on the Services. The Provider must, at its own cost, promptly arrange for the removal of such Personnel from work on the Services and replacement with Personnel acceptable to the Department.
