A Remote Call clause defines the terms and conditions under which parties may communicate or conduct business remotely, typically using telecommunications or digital platforms. Remote Call. This clause is the same as the current Agreement. It provides that clauses 60.7, 60.8, 60.9, 60.10 and 60.11 of the proposed Agreement apply to Medical Officers (as defined).
Remote Call. (a) An Employee rostered to remain on remote call is to be paid $1.43 for each hour that the Employee is required to be so available, with a minimum payment of $44.08 per day (i.e. for each 24 hour period or part thereof) when so rostered. (b) If an Employee rostered to be on remote call is recalled to work payment is to be as specified in (14.1) above, in addition to the allowance specified in 14.3(a) above. (c) The Employer will flow on any increase of the Minimum Wage Order by the Fair Work Commission to this Allowance. This flow on will be on a percentage basis. (d) Any Allowances negotiated with Employees in excess of those contained in this clause may be absorbed or offset against any Minimum Wage Order increases by the Fair Work Commission.
Remote Call. An employee who is required by the employer to remain On-Call shall be paid: • $4.00 per hour on-call for all periods from 8.00 a.m. Monday until 8.00
Remote Call a) For the purpose of this Clause remote call means an employee rostered to be available for call but allowed to leave the workplace. b) An employee rostered to remain on remote call is to be paid 1 hours pay of the base hourly rate for shift when so rostered. c) If an employee rostered to be on remote call is recalled to work payment is to be as specified in 25.1 (a) above, in addition to the allowance specified in 25.3 (b) above.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Remote Work Buyer agrees that Honeywell may provide some or all of the Services remotely using an internet connection and may install additional software and related communication and/or diagnostic devices on Buyer's applicable systems (the “Systems”) to enable such connection and/or remote work. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to fully cooperate with Honeywell’s installation and commissioning of such software and devices on the Systems. To the extent required by Honeywell, Buyer will enable and consents to internet connectivity between its applicable Systems and Honeywell’s applicable computer server(s)/system(s) and/or the Honeywell cloud platform(s) throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • Mass Calling CLEC and Sprint shall cooperate and share pre-planning information, where available, regarding cross-network call-ins expected to generate large or focused temporary increases in call volumes, to prevent or mitigate the impact of these events on the public switched network.   • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8. 1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Telephone Calls Calling, Monitoring and Recording‌ For our mutual protection, and to enable us to provide better service to you, we may monitor and/or tape-record any of our telephone conversations.
