Common use of Relevance of Course Clause in Contracts

Relevance of Course. The course must relate to the nurse's current 31 hospital work or future hospital positions, and constitute 32 undergraduate or graduate course work, or seminars, for which credit 33 is offered through an institute of higher learning. This determination 34 will be made at the discretion of the Hospital.

Relevance of Course. The course must relate to the nurse's current 31 20 hospital work or future hospital positions, and constitute 32 21 undergraduate or graduate course work, or seminars, for which 22 credit 33 is offered through an institute of higher learning. This 23 determination 34 will be made at the discretion of the Hospital.

Relevance of Course. The course must relate to the nurse's 19 current 31 hospital work or future hospital positions, and constitute 32 20 undergraduate or graduate course work, or seminars, for which 21 credit 33 is offered through an institute of higher learning. This 22 determination 34 will be made at the discretion of the Hospital.
