Time Limits Generally. All time limits in this Article will be Monday through 27 Friday only and may be extended by mutual consent, confirmed in writing. 28
Time Limits Generally. 1. Failure of the employee or Union to comply with the time limits imposed on the employee or Union by this Article renders the grievance void and terminated. 2. Failure of the immediate supervisor, intermediate supervisor, agency head, or State Personnel Director, to comply with the time limits constitutes a waiver of that response, and the Union may appeal to the next step. 3. Where delivery is by U.S. mail, a grievance appeal or response shall be considered timely if postmarked within the appeal/response time period. Time periods shall run from the date of receipt. 4. The time limits at any step may be extended by mutual agreement, in writing.
