Common use of Release of One Employee Clause in Contracts

Release of One Employee. Up to two (2) employee representatives who are scheduled 32 to be at work during the time of this meeting, may, at the Sheriff's discretion, be able to attend 33 this meeting with no loss of pay. It is further agreed that any employee on duty may be required 34 to return to work if an emergency arises during this meeting. 35
