RELATIONSHIP, DUTIES AND TITLE - BANCORP. Bancorp shall employ Employee as an executive officer of Bancorp with the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to perform such services and duties as the Chief Executive Officer of Bancorp may designate from time to time. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Employee shall perform such duties and exercise such authority as are customarily performed and exercised by persons holding such office, subject to the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer of Bancorp. Such services and duties shall be exercised in good faith and in accordance with standards of reasonable business judgment.

  • Duties and Title Employee’s title shall be that of Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Employee shall have such powers and perform such duties as are customarily performed by an Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, including, but not limited to, overall responsibility for and authority over finance and accounting, and serving as principal financial officer of the Company. Employee shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee shall perform his duties to the best of his abilities and shall devote substantially all of his working time to such duties.

  • Employment and Title The Company employs Employee, and Employee accepts such employment, as President of the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Position Duties and Location Employee shall serve in the position(s) set forth on Schedule A attached hereto. Employee shall devote substantially all of Employee’s working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company and shall not engage in any other business activity without prior written approval from the Company’s CEO.
