REJECT FEE Sample Clauses

REJECT FEE. Merchant acknowledges that failure by Merchant to maintain sufficient funds in its checking account to execute its obligations under this Agreement will result in the imposition of a Reject Fee in the amount of $15.00 per item or $25.00 per daily batch as applicable. This fee is subject to change as may be determined by Acquirer and CSI from time to time upon thirty (30) days notice to Merchant.

  • Termination Fee (a) In the event that:

  • Acceptance Fees Upon the acceptance of any Draft pursuant to this Agreement, the Borrower will pay to the Agent for the account of the relevant Lenders an acceptance fee in Canadian Dollars calculated on the Face Amount and the term of such Draft, in accordance with the Applicable Margin in effect on the date of acceptance. The acceptance fees payable by the Borrower shall be calculated on the Face Amount of the Bankers’ Acceptance and shall be calculated on the basis of the number of days in the term of such Bankers’ Acceptance.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Acceptance Fee Waived Initial Fees as they relate to Wilmington Trust acting in the capacity of Escrow Agent – includes review of the Escrow Agreement; acceptance of the Escrow appointment; setting up of Escrow Account(s) and accounting records; and coordination of receipt of Escrow Information for deposit to the Escrow Account(s).
