Reinstatement from Indefinite Leave. i. At any time during the period of indefinite leave, should an Employee subsequently be qualified and able to perform work in their former occupation or any occupation, the Employee will be placed on the relief call in list and shall be entitled to bid for a vacancy or new position using their previously accumulated seniority earned in accordance with Article 8.02 Accumulation of Seniority.
