Common use of Reimbursed Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursed Expenses. Reasonable expenses actually incurred by the Executive in direct conduct of the Company’s business shall be reimbursed to the Executive to the extent they are reimbursable under the established policies of the Company. Any such reimbursement of expenses shall be made by the Company in accordance with its established policies (but in any event not later than the close of the Executive’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense is incurred by the Executive and the Executive’s right to reimbursement shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit).
