Reimbursed Expenses. Reasonable expenses actually incurred by the Executive in direct conduct of the Company’s business shall be reimbursed to the Executive to the extent they are reimbursable under the established policies of the Company. Any such reimbursement of expenses shall be made by the Company in accordance with its established policies (but in any event not later than the close of the Executive’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense is incurred by the Executive and the Executive’s right to reimbursement shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit).
Reimbursed Expenses. The Company will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable out of pocket expenses (including hotel and travel expenses), wholly, necessarily and exclusively incurred by the Employee in the discharge of Employee’s duties, subject to the production of appropriate receipts or such other evidence as the Company may reasonably require as proof of such expenses and in accordance with the Company’s rules and policies relating to expenses as may be in force from time to time.
Reimbursed Expenses. The District shall reimburse the Administrator for all reasonable expenses resulting from the performance of his/her duties as Administrator, including travel, meals, and lodging in accordance with the District’s per diem expense and reimbursement procedures.
Reimbursed Expenses. The following will be billed monthly and assessed at a rate of 10%:
Reimbursed Expenses. The City shall repair or replace items of personal property, including but not limited to watches, glasses, clothes, which are damaged while the employee is engaged in the performance of his/her duties; provided, however, the employer reserves the right not to make reimbursement for expensive items of personal property, such as, but not limited to diamond rings. It is the intent of the parties that the employee shall wear or possess, while on duty, personal items considered to be "luxury" items at his/her own risk. The City shall not pay for lost or misplaced items through the employee's own negligence.
Reimbursed Expenses. The District shall reimburse the Superintendent for all reasonable expenses resulting from the performance of his duties as Superintendent, including travel, meals, and lodging in accordance with the District's per diem expense and reimbursement procedures.
Reimbursed Expenses. Section 1. Per diem or reimbursement for meals or lodging shall be paid at the rates allowable under the City’s Financial Policies. Non-travel or same day travel meal reimbursements will be taxable to the employee under IRS regulations and processed through next regular biweekly payroll cycle.
Reimbursed Expenses. All expenses connected with work for professional growth credit shall be borne by the unit member. If the District reimburses the unit member for any cost, the credit shall not be granted.
Reimbursed Expenses. During the term hereof, the Company shall reimburse Consultant for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Consultant in the performance of his duties hereunder, including without limitation, travel, meals, lodging, office supplies or equipment subject to such reasonable limitations, restrictions and reporting standards as the Company may from time to time establish. Consultant shall provide to the Company, after incurring any such expenses, with such documentation as the Company shall from time to time require and as shall be sufficient to support the deductibility of all such expenses by the Company for federal income tax purposes. Expenses will be reimbursed promptly, but no later than 30 days after submission.
Reimbursed Expenses. The Company will reimburse Consultant for reasonable and necessary expenses, including travel expenses, incurred in the actual performance of the Services, provided that the Coordinator has authorized such expenses in advance of the expenditure and provided that Consultant submits legible copies of receipts for authorized expenses.
