REHABILITATION AND AFTERCARE PROGRAMS. 1. The terms and conditions of the rehabilitation program and the aftercare program will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Counselor and the Chief of Police, or designee, in a meeting with the employee. While such terms and conditions will be discussed with the employee, they are ultimately subject to the decision of the Chief, or designee. The employee will be required to abide by such terms and conditions. Refusal or failure to do so may be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination.
