Affected Services definition

Affected Services has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.C.
Affected Services means any Services that are not renewed or that are terminated pursuant to a particular notice of non-renewal or termination, as applicable.
Affected Services has the meaning given to that term in clause 12.8. Applicable Laws: any applicable law, statute, bye-law, regulation, order, regulatory policy, guidance or industry code, rule of court or directives or requirements of any Regulatory Body, delegated or subordinate legislation or notice of any Regulatory Body. Associated Company: any holding company from time to time of the Supplier and any subsidiary from time to time of the Supplier, or any subsidiary of any such holding company. Bespoke IPR: has the meaning given to that term in clause 25.4. Best Industry Practice: the standards which fall within the upper quartile in the relevant industry for the provision of goods or services which are substantially similar to the Goods or Services or the relevant part of them, having regard to factors such as the nature and size of the parties, the term, efficiencies, the pricing structure and any other relevant factors of the Contract.

Examples of Affected Services in a sentence

  • As soon as the relevant Force Majeure event has terminated, the Contractor shall forthwith notify the Government of such termination, or the Government may on its own, after consultation with the Contractor, by notice in writing to the Contractor, determine the appropriate date for resuming the Affected Services (“ Resumption Date”).

  • DES/DDD must notify AHCCCS Division of Health Care Management, Medical Management Unit when a member is referred to a transplant facility for evaluation for an AHCCCS covered organ transplant.

  • Should the Contractor fail to do so, the Government reserves the right but not the obligation to initiate any Suspension due to the Force Majeure (as defined in Clause 31.2 below) by issuing a Suspension Notice itself should it consider it appropriate to do so for such length of time and in relation to such scope of the Affected Services (as further defined in Clause 31.3.1 below) as specified in the Suspension Notice.


More Definitions of Affected Services

Affected Services means those Services pertaining to storage systems, the network, Technology Center(s) and servers, as the case may be. "Available" means, with respect to an Affected Service, operationally capable of receiving, processing and sending data. "NOC" means Network Operation Center which is part of the Technology Center. "Service Level Credits" mean a service level credit as calculated in accordance with Section 4.2. "Unavailable" or "Unavailability" means the state of not being Available.
Affected Services. Means the Services that will cease to be performed in whole or in part by Supplier upon expiration of the Agreement or as a result of termination.
