Regular Sick Leave. 13.5.1.1 Unit Members with contracts of at least 175 days, but fewer than 193 days, who are employed full-time during the academic year, are allowed ten (10) days of regular sick leave credit at full pay. Unit Members with contracts of 193 days, who are employed full-time during the academic year, are allowed eleven (11) days of regular sick leave credit at full pay. 13.5.1.2 Unit Members employed less than full-time or for a portion of the academic year are allowed a pro-rata share of the regular sick leave days as provided in section 13.5.1.1 13.5.1.3 Regular sick leave not used in any academic year shall be accumulated indefinitely.
