Sick Leave Cap Clause Samples
A Sick Leave Cap clause sets a maximum limit on the amount of paid sick leave an employee can accumulate or use within a specified period, such as per year or over the course of employment. For example, an employer may allow employees to accrue sick leave up to a certain number of days, after which no additional leave is earned until some is used. This clause helps employers manage staffing and financial liabilities by preventing unlimited accrual of paid sick time, ensuring predictability and fairness in leave administration.
