Common use of Regular Shift Clause in Contracts

Regular Shift. (a) Operates on a compressed work week consisting of a 28 day rotation which will consist of: i. two (2) day shifts; ii. two (2) night shifts; iii. five (5) days off; iv. two (2) day shifts; v. three (3) night shifts;
