Schedule and Pay Rate. The Detective position shall not be subject to Articles 16, 21 and 19 (with the exception of Section F) nor sections A nor B of Article 18 of this Agreement. The Detective shall be paid at least bi-weekly for forty (40) hours, but overtime shall be calculated and based on one hundred seventy-one (171) hours in a twenty-eight (28) day period and the Chief shall have the discretion to use adjustment time following any week in which the Detective exceeds forty (40) hours of time worked.
