Regular Part‐Time Employees in Lieu of Benefits Premium. In lieu of benefits, a part‐time employee may elect a fifteen percent (15%) premium. This election must occur within the first ten (10) days of employment or during the Employer’s annual enrollment period, or in the event of a substantial change in family status or employment status which changes an employee’s eligibility for medical insurance coverage. The term “benefits” shall include but not be limited to PTO and EIT, paid leaves of absence, and Benefit Plans.
