Regional Treatment Facility definition

Regional Treatment Facility means the area wide regional treatment facility located in the Village of Sussex.
Regional Treatment Facility refers to the facilities sized to provide primary and secondary treatment for 29.6 mgd of wastewater flow and which is owned, operated and maintained by PCA.
