Refuse Container. The term refuse container shall mean a rigid closed, water tight container designed for such storage with a tight fitting cover, which is rodent and fly proof, of a suitable gage and construction to ensure durability and with suitable handles on both the container and lid and of a capacity of up to ninety (90) gallons. Refuse Container. A small rubber maid black plastic trash receptacle, approx. 13 inches high and 6 inches in diameter, shall be provided and installed by the Contractor. The container shall be easily retained in the Operators area.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Tenant agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.

  • Security Contact Operator shall provide the name and contact information of Operator's Security Contact on Exhibit F. The LEA may direct security concerns or questions to the Security Contact.

  • Bypass Any of the steps in this procedure may be bypassed with mutual written consent of the parties involved at the time the bypass is sought.

  • Garbage The Concessionaire will contract directly with the service provider for adequate dumpster capacity and wildlife resistance. The Department must pre- approve the location of dumpsters and frequency of pick-ups. The Concessionaire will provide recycle bins for use by Park visitors.

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.
