Refuse definition

Refuse means any garbage, rubbish, or trade waste.
Refuse. ’ means any waste matter generated out of different activities, processes, either Bio-degradable/Non- biodegradable/recyclable in nature in either solid or semi- solid form which cannot be consumed, used or processed by the generator in its existing form.
