Referral by Department Management. Employees with positive legal drug/alcohol test results may be directed by the Chief, or designee, to submit to evaluation by a Counselor and if recommended by the Counselor, to participate in a substance abuse rehabilitation program. For the purpose of this section Alegal drug@ shall be defined as over-the-counter and/or prescription drugs prescribed to the employee.
