  • References to the Credit Agreement Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein”, or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, and each reference to the Credit Agreement in any other document, instrument or agreement executed and/or delivered in connection with the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

  • References to Agreements Unless otherwise stated, any reference in this Agreement to any agreement or document (including any reference to this Agreement) shall be construed as a reference to: (a) such agreement or document as amended, varied, novated or supplemented from time to time; (b) any other agreement or document whereby such agreement or document is so amended, varied, supplemented or novated; and (c) any other agreement or document entered into pursuant to or in accordance with any such agreement or document.

  • Financing Agreement This Amendment shall constitute a Financing Agreement.

  • Financing Agreements The School shall comply with Ch. 37D, HRS, relating to financing agreements. “Financing agreement” means any lease purchase agreement, installment sale agreement, loan agreement, line of credit or other agreement of the department or, with the approval of the director, and any agency, to finance the improvement, use or acquisition of real or personal property that is or will be owned or operated by one or more agencies of the State, the department or any agency, or to refinance previously executed financing agreements including certificates of participation relating thereto. The School shall not act as a guarantor of any such financing agreement.
