References to the Credit Agreement. Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein”, or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, and each reference to the Credit Agreement in any other document, instrument or agreement executed and/or delivered in connection with the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
References to the Credit Agreement. Each reference to the Credit Agreement in any of the Loan Documents (including the Credit Agreement) shall be deemed to be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
References to the Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement, each of the Other Documents, and any and all other agreements, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof, or pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference therein to the Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
References to the Credit Agreement. References to the Credit Agreement. Upon and during the effectiveness of this First Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this First Amendment.

This Agreement shall be considered a Related Document (as defined in each Credit Agreement).
References to the Credit Agreement. Upon the execution and effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference to the Credit Agreement in the Loan Documents shall be deemed to be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended and restated by this Amendment, and as further amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified in the future by one or more other written amendments or supplements or modification agreements entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Credit Agreement.
References to the Credit Agreement. Any and all notices, requests, certificates and other instruments executed and delivered after the Repricing Date may refer to any Financing Document without making specific reference to this Amendment but nevertheless all such references shall include this Amendment unless the context otherwise requires. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
