References and Defined Terms. Unless otherwise expressly indicated herein, references in this Agreement or in Exhibit A (Defined Terms) to an Exhibit or Section refer to the appropriate Exhibit or Section in this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, references to “Customer”, “customer employees” and “customer personnel” shall include employees of Customer’s Affiliates and any employee of Customer or its Affiliates hired through a staffing agency or other contract employee provider and treated as an employee of Customer or its Affiliates and for whose actions Customer or its Affiliates shall be legally responsible.
