Other Defined Terms is deleted, but the definition and term reference in the list, and otherwise contained in the Lease, are not modified, altered, deleted or amended unless specifically modified, altered, deleted or amended in this Amendment.
Other Defined Terms. The words "hereof", "herein", "hereunder", "this Agreement" and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced. Whether or not expressly so provided herein or in a separate amendment, all references to the "Loan Agreement" or the "Loan and Security Agreement" or words of similar import contained in the other Financing Agreements shall mean this Agreement and references therein to the respective parties to and borrowers under the "Loan Agreement" or the "Loan and Security Agreement" or words of similar import are each hereby amended to refer to the respective parties and Borrowers under this Agreement.
Other Defined Terms. The terms defined in the first paragraph and in the whereas clauses shall have the meanings given to such terms in such paragraph and whereas clauses.
