OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
Military Lending Act Disclosures Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents relating to extensions of consumer credit. Information Collection Information collection activities performed under this award are the responsibility of the awardee, and NSF support of the project does not constitute NSF approval of the survey design, questionnaire content or information collection procedures. The awardee shall not represent to respondents that such information is being collected for or in association with the National Science Foundation or any other Government agency without the specific written approval of such information collection plan or device by the Foundation. This requirement, however, is not intended to preclude mention of NSF support of the project in response to an inquiry or acknowledgment of such support in any publication of this information.
Cooperative Deposits On a basis of cooperation or assistance (16 USC 572) and by a written agreement, Forest Service shall perform all or portions of the work that Purchaser is obligated to perform under this contract, as well as furnish other services in connection with activities under this contract. When Forest Service is to perform such work, Purchaser shall make one or more deposits to cover the estimated cost of the work. On re- quest of Purchaser, Forest Service shall render monthly accounts, as may be specified in such agreement.
