Civilian Member definition

Civilian Member means a member of the Civilian Staff of the Peel Regional Police who is entitled to be a member of the Civilian Bargaining Unit of the Peel Regional Police as afforded by the Police Services Act.

Civilian Member means a member of the Civilian and Clerical Staff of the Shelburne Police Service.

Civilian Member means a full-time, part-time, permanent part-time and temporary civilian employee of the Police Service as defined in Schedule “B”, other than civilian members of the Senior Officers’ Association.

• The notice shall be in writing, specifying the position being eliminated or converted into a Civilian Member complement assignment and shall indicate the number of Uniform Members affected and proposed transfers for the affected Members.

More Definitions of Civilian Member

Civilian Member means any person holding a classification as set out in Appendix “A” to this Agreement

Civilian Member means a member of the civilian staff of the Cornwall Community Police Service, including temporary employees and permanent part-time employees as defined in Schedule "Police Service" means the Cornwall Community Police Service.
