Common use of Reduced Workweek Clause in Contracts

Reduced Workweek. Full time employees are eligible to apply for Reduced Workweeks subject to the provisions and conditions in the City of San ▇▇▇▇ Reduced Workweek Schedules Policy. Neither the failure of a department to enter into a voluntary reduced workweek agreement with any employee nor the termination by a department of any such agreement, shall be subject to the Grievance Procedure provided in Article 21 of this Agreement.
