Recurring Part-Time Clause Samples

The 'Recurring Part-Time' clause defines the terms under which an individual is engaged to work on a part-time basis with a regular, repeating schedule. This clause typically outlines the expected days and hours of work, the nature of the recurring arrangement (such as weekly or monthly), and any conditions for changes to the schedule. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures both parties understand the ongoing commitment and helps prevent misunderstandings about work expectations and compensation.
Recurring Part-Time. Position means a position in which the duties are of a recurring nature and in which the incumbent is required to work less than full-time but not fewer than forty percent (40%) of the working hours for the categories as specified in clauses 21.1 (a) or 21.1 (b) for less than fifty-two (52) weeks each year.
