RECOVERY OF SUMS REQUIRED TO BE PAID. Lender shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Debt as the same become due, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Debt shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Lender thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Borrower existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.
RECOVERY OF SUMS REQUIRED TO BE PAID. Mortgagee shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Debt as the same become due, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Debt shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Mortgagee thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Mortgagor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.

The Beneficiary shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Obligations as the same become due, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Obligations shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of the Beneficiary thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by the Grantor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.

Beneficiary shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Obligations as the same become due and owing, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Obligations shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Beneficiary thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Grantor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.

The Secured Parties shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Indebtedness as the same become due, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Indebtedness shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Mortgagee thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Mortgagor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.
RECOVERY OF SUMS REQUIRED TO BE PAID. Subject to Article 15 of the Loan Agreement, Lender shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Debt as the same become due, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Debt shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Lender thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Borrower existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.

Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, Mortgagee shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Debt and Secured Obligations as the same become due, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Debt and Secured Obligations shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Mortgagee thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for any Event of Default by Mortgagor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.
