Recovered. At the time that a pension board of trustees determines, on the basis of a medical examination by a physician or physicians selected by the pension board, that a participant is no longer totally and permanently disabled or has sufficiently recovered, but refuses to resume his regular occupation as an employee or to be reemployed by the city in some other position for which he is suited or which is appropriate to his training and experience;

Recovered. “Auto” If either you or DOAS recover an “auto” after loss settlement, the receiving party must give the other prompt notice. At your option, the “auto” will be returned to you. You must then return to DOAS the amount DOAS paid to you for the “auto”. DOAS will reimburse you for recovery expenses and any expenses to repair the “auto”. If the recovered “auto” is damaged and you want the “auto” returned, you must pay DOAS what is agreed to be the fair value of that damaged “auto” less recovery expenses.

  • Recoveries (a) With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates) to which a Realized Loss has been allocated (including any such Class for which the related Class Principal Balance has been reduced to zero), the Class Principal Balance of such Class will be increased, up to the amount of related Non-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date as follows:

  • Recovered Property If you or we recover any property for which we have made payment under this policy, you or we will notify the other of the recovery. At your option, the property will be returned to or retained by you or it will become our property. If the recovered property is returned to or retained by you, the loss payment will be adjusted based on the amount you received for the recovered property.

  • Overpayment Provider shall be liable to the GLO for any costs disallowed pursuant to financial and/or compliance audit(s) of funds received under this Contract. Provider shall reimburse such disallowed costs from funds other than those that Provider received under this Contract. Provider must refund disallowed costs and overpayments of funds received under this Contract to the GLO within 30 days after the GLO issues notice of overpayment to Provider.

  • Overpayments Contractor promptly shall refund to Purchaser the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment. Such refunds shall occur within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice to Contractor; Provided, however, that Purchaser shall have the right to elect to have either direct payments or written credit memos issued. If Contractor fails to make timely refunds of overpayment(s) (either directly or by credit memo), Contractor shall pay Purchaser interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on the amount overdue thirty (30) calendar days after notice to Contractor.
