Record of the meter reading. Each month (or according to the metering cycle agreed by both party), the Buyer and the Seller shall take the meter reading simultaneously. After having informed, the Buyer goes into the power plant or the place installed with metering equipment to take the meter reading, check the meter and do other activities related to the fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement. The Buyer’s entering the plant shall ensure no effect on the Seller’s normal operation. Electricity employees or inspectors appointed by the Buyer shall comply with the safety regulations and rules of the plant upon entering the plant.

  • Meter Reading At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.

  • Meter Readings If applicable, the Customer shall provide accurate and timely meter readings at the end of each applicable billing period on the forms or other alternative means specified by Vendor. Vendor shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Customer, and during Customer’s regular business hours, to inspect the equipment and to monitor the meter readings. If Customer meter readings are not received in the time to be agreed upon by the parties, the meter readings may be obtained electronically or by other means or may be estimated by Vendor subject to reconciliation when the correct meter reading is received by Vendor.

  • ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria (Reactive Power A wind generating plant shall maintain a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, measured at the Point of Interconnection as defined in this LGIA, if the ISO’s System Reliability Impact Study shows that such a requirement is necessary to ensure safety or reliability. The power factor range standards can be met using, for example without limitation, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors if agreed to by the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, or a combination of the two. The Developer shall not disable power factor equipment while the wind plant is in operation. Wind plants shall also be able to provide sufficient dynamic voltage support in lieu of the power system stabilizer and automatic voltage regulation at the generator excitation system if the System Reliability Impact Study shows this to be required for system safety or reliability.

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.

  • Primary Point of Contact Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, CLEC shall be the primary point of contact for all CLEC Customers.

  • Direct Trunked Transport 7.3.2.1 Either Party may elect to purchase direct trunked transport from the other Party.

  • Single Point of Contact The Contractor must provide, at the request of the Authorized User, a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) regardless of the breadth of the services being provided. The Contractor is required to provide the name and contact telephone numbers (desk, cell phone etc.) of the SPOC. RETAINAGE The Authorized User may retain a percentage of each deliverable payment of no more than twenty-five (25) percent until the acceptance of the complete Implementation. This retainage may be reduced up to 5 percent as described in the SOW, when the Contractor substantially reduces the time required from the timeframes negotiated between the Authorized User and the Contractor. ENHANCEMENTS TO SERVICES When the right is reserved in the RFQ, unanticipated enhancements to the services procured not exceeding a cumulative twenty (20) percent of the Implementation Service cost may be agreed to by the Authorized User. Such inclusion must be included in the Total Cost Evaluation. Such unanticipated enhancements will require a written Authorized User Agreement revision, which for NYS Agency Authorized Users will include an amended Purchase Order. Any changes that will result in exceeding this twenty (20) percent will require a new competitive RFQ. Contractor shall notify the Authorized User in writing when a requested scope change will exceed the cumulative twenty (20) percent total value of the Implementation Services.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.
