Record Confidentiality. The obligations set forth in this Article shall be subject to applicable law pertaining to the confidentiality of medical, mental health or substance abuse records and shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Grantee will be responsible for obtaining any necessary referred Child/Youth consent to release such records to HHSC.
