No Confidentiality. We are pleased to hear from Users and welcome Your comments, postings and submissions of Content. However, none of the Content that You send us or post on the Website shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on Our part, and We shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any such Content that You provide.
No Confidentiality. A. Any party or the Original Insured may (1) disclose, publish or otherwise make a redacted version of this Contract, the Policy, any I&L Agreement or the Endorsement publicly available without the consent of the other party; provided, however, that the Original Insured shall determine, in its sole discretion, which information must be redacted from any of the foregoing prior to any such document being made publicly available; provided, further, that neither the Company nor the Original Insured shall disclose the contract number of this Contract or the Reinsurer's name, jurisdiction or allocation under this Contract without the Reinsurer's prior written consent, and (2) disclose, without limitation of any kind, the tax treatment and tax structure relating to this Contract, the Policy, any I&L Agreement or the Endorsement, any fact that may be relevant to understanding the tax treatment or structure of the foregoing, and all materials of any kind relating to such tax treatment or structure that may be relevant to understanding such tax treatment or structure.
No Confidentiality. I acknowledge and understand that the Company is not undertaking any confidentiality obligations with respect to the Material by virtue of my submission of an application for a grant to the Company.
No Confidentiality. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Thus, its terms and conditions will be placed in the public domain.
No Confidentiality. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that City is subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act (51 O.S. §24.1 et seq.) and therefore cannot assure the confidentiality of contract terms or other information provided by Purchaser to City pursuant to this Agreement that would be inconsistent with City’s compliance with its statutory requirements.
No Confidentiality. There shall not be any confidentiality of any information disclosed by both parties to each other, either in operationalizing this agreement or for the purposes of implement tingthis agreement. The information sought under the Right to Information Act or otherwise by any student, shall be promptly made available.
No Confidentiality. You acknowledge that transmissions to and from the Platform are not confidential and your User Content may be read or intercepted by others. You acknowledge that by submitting User Content to the Platform, no confidential, fiduciary, contractually implied or other relationship is created between you and Spectra other than pursuant to this Agreement.
No Confidentiality. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall be construed as a confidentiality provision.
No Confidentiality. YOUR MAKING A SUBMISSION DOES NOT ESTABLISH A CONFIDENTIAL RELATIONSHIP OR ANY OTHER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND BESTWAY. You acknowledge and agree that your Submission does not contain confidential information and that your Submission will be treated as non-confidential information by Bestway. Bestway may, at its sole discretion, share the Submission with third parties, and there exists no obligation to make such disclosure confidential. For the avoidance of doubt, no information contained in your Submission or any updates or supplements thereto shall in any way limit or restrict Bestway from using any information previously known to, or independently developed by, Bestway.
No Confidentiality. Mr. Chaltiel acknowledges that the Company intends to file a copy of this Agreement as an exhibit to a future filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Consequently, Mr. Chaltiel acknowledges and agrees that the contents of this Agreement will be made publicly available and confirms that he has no expectation of confidentiality with respect to the terms hereof.
