The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative under the Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971, as amended, for all employees as defined in the Bureau of Mediation Services unit determination, case number 96-PCL-172 et al. Neither the Employer nor the Union shall enter into any agreements covering terms and conditions of employment with the employees of the bargaining unit under the jurisdiction of this Agreement or the Employer either individually or collectively which in any way conflict with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, except through the certified representative.
