– Mutual Pledge Sample Clauses

A mutual-pledge clause establishes a reciprocal commitment between the parties to act in good faith and uphold their respective obligations under the agreement. In practice, this means that both sides agree to cooperate, communicate honestly, and refrain from actions that would undermine the contract’s purpose. This clause helps foster trust and collaboration, ensuring that both parties are equally bound to the contract’s spirit and reducing the risk of disputes arising from bad faith conduct.
