Receipt of Written Position Descriptions. 1. When a bargaining unit member commences employment in the position, and whenever there is a change in the position description, the supervisor shall provide the employee with a written position description which generally outlines the responsibilities of the position and the minimum qualifications for the position. Each position description and each revision of the position description that results from a significant change in the general responsibilities assigned to the position or in the duties being performed by the employee in that position shall be dated and include the initials of the supervisor and employee showing the date that it was given to the employee. The supervisor shall discuss with the employee any revision of the position description that results from a significant change in the general responsibilities assigned to the position or in the duties being performed by the employee in that position.
