Receipt of Requests. A Borrower may borrow Advances if the Agent receives, not later than 5.00 p.m. on the third Business Day before the proposed Utilisation Date, or, in the case of an Advance in Sterling, not later than 8.00 a.m. on the proposed Utilisation Date, a duly completed Request.
