Recall/Bypass. A. With the approval of the District a teacher may refuse one offer of employment recall. Such refusal will not jeopardize the teacher’s right to recall to the next available position for which the teacher has rights based on licensure and seniority. B. If a teacher is under contract to another district when the teacher is recalled, subject to the approval of the District, the teacher may defer return until a time convenient to the programs of both districts, but in no event beyond the start of the next schoolyear.
Recall/Bypass. A furloughed Flight Attendant may bypass recall if there are furloughed Flight Attendants junior to her/him, until such time as the last furloughed Flight Attendant junior to her/him has been recalled or has declined recall. In order to be eligible to bypass recall, a Flight Attendant must have on file with the Company a letter to such effect at least five (5) business days in advance of the date of any recall notice to the Flight Attendant. The letter may name specific domiciles to which the Flight Attendant wishes to bypass recall. A Flight Attendant who has bypassed recall in accordance with this Agreement will not receive a recall notice until the Company must begin a mandatory recall. It the Flight Attendant’s responsibility to notify the Company in writing prior to a recall that she/he wishes to remove the bypass letter from his/her file and be notified of the next recall.
Recall/Bypass. If the work available requires recalling an employee for less than three (3) weeks, the affected employee shall be given the option of accepting less than three (3) weeks work or taking a bypass for that particular call. In the case of an out-of-seniority recall, the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be advised. If, then, an employee is hired out of seniority, that employee shall remain employed until the specific job he was hired to do is complete or forty (40) hours of work is complete, whichever comes first. The Company shall again contact the senior employee and offer the position to him.
