  • Collecting all monthly rentals and other charges due from tenants, all rents and other charges due from concessionaires, users of parking spaces and from users or lessees of other facilities in the Properties. Company hereby authorizes and directs Manager to request, demand, collect, receive and receipt for any and all charges or rents which may at any time be or become due to Company, and to take such legal action as necessary to evict tenants delinquent in payment of monthly rent and to take such legal action as necessary to collect any rentals owing from tenants.

  • Recovered Property If you or we recover any property for which we have made payment under this policy, you or we will notify the other of the recovery. At your option, the property will be returned to or retained by you or it will become our property. If the recovered property is returned to or retained by you, the loss payment will be adjusted based on the amount you received for the recovered property.

  • Profits Except as otherwise provided herein, profits for each year of the Partnership shall be allocated among the Partners pro rata in accordance with their respective Partnership Interests as specified on Exhibit B.

  • Purchasing The Manager shall purchase, for the account of the Owner, all necessary foodstuffs, supplies, materials, appliances, tools and equipment necessary for the operation of the Facility. The Manager shall arrange contracts on behalf of the Owner for electricity, gas, telephone, cable television and any other utility or service necessary for the operation of the Facility. The Manager shall, on behalf of the Owner, contract for and supervise the making of any necessary repairs, alterations, and improvements to the Facility; provided that in the case of any capital expenditure, alteration or improvement, the cost of which exceeds Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars, the Manager shall obtain the prior written approval of the Owner; and provided further, that no such prior written approval shall be required if the expenditure is made under circumstances reasonably requiring emergency action (so long as the Manager attempts to notify the Owner on a concurrent basis). The Manager shall prepare and submit to the Owner any certificates of purchasing expenses incurred for the Facility as may be reasonably requested.

  • Withdrawal of the Proceeds of the Financing General The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Association and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.   • Recoveries (a) With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates) to which a Realized Loss has been allocated (including any such Class for which the related Class Principal Balance has been reduced to zero), the Class Principal Balance of such Class will be increased, up to the amount of related Non-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date as follows:

  • Insurance Proceeds All proceeds of and any unearned premiums on any insurance policies covering the Property, including, without limitation, the right to receive and apply the proceeds of any insurance, judgments, or settlements made in lieu thereof, for damage to the Property;

  • Salvage All materials which are scrapped or removed in connection with the making of repairs required by Articles 9 or 10 shall be or become the property of Lessor or Lessee depending on which party is paying for or providing the financing for such work.

  • Proceeds The Company shall use the proceeds from the issuance and sale of the Securities as set forth in “Use of Proceeds to issuer” in the Offering Circular.
