RCI Points Usage Priority. In order to make an Exchange Request during a given Use Year, a Member may only use RCI Points allocated to the Member’s account in that Use Year and any RCI Points saved, extended, borrowed, transferred or rented in or into that Use Year with the oldest Points being used first.

RCI Points Usage Priority. In order to make a Reservation for use of particular Accommodation or RCI Points Partner Inventory during any Use Year, a Member may only use RCI Points allocated in that Use Year and any RCI Points saved, borrowed, transferred or rented in or into that Use Year. A Member may make a Reservation for use of Accommodation or RCI Points Partner Inventory in any future Use Year provided that Use Year is within the term of the Member’s Participation Agreement and subject to the provisions of these Rules. RCI Points shall be used in the following order: saved, current, borrowed, rented, transferred saved, transferred current, and transferred rented. Limited Use RCI Points may only be used to make a Reservation of Accommodation at an Affiliated Resort 90 days or less prior to the start of that Accommodation.

  • Longer/Shorter Length of Coverage If none of the above rules determine the order of benefits, the benefits of the plan that covered a member or subscriber longer are determined before those of the plan that covered that person for the shorter term.

Included Timber is any that would not be elimi- nated under B8.32. Potential Included Timber is any that would be added under B8.32. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of catastrophe shall be adjusted by said differences to be- come the redetermined rates for the purpose of a contract modification under B8.32. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to new Base Rate limitations of 25 cents per hun- dred cubic feet or equivalent. However, existing Base In- dices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Upon agreement under B8.32, redetermined rates and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to Catastrophic Damage. At time of such appraisal, Specified Road construc- tion cost shall include the estimated cost of any construc- tion work listed in the Schedule of Items performed and abandoned.
