Use Year means a calendar year or other period established by The Club Operating Company for each membership type during which a Member’s periodic allocation of Points received upon payment of the Club Dues for that period must be used in accordance with the Club Rules unless the Member has borrowed or
Use Year means a calendar year or other period established by Operating Company for each membership type during which a Member may deposit the Use Rights associated with the Member’s Qualifying Interest for inclusion in the Exchange Pool in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The period established as the Use Year may vary for different membership types and may vary from the period set in a given Member’s Home Resort’s governing documents for the use or redemption of his or her Use Rights relating to his or her Qualifying Interest.

Examples of Use Year in a sentence
The Purchaser must designate a Benefit Use Year for the Beneficiary of a Contract.
A Home Resort Priority Period Exchange Request must be for the same unit type, season, and number of Points using only those Points allotted in the current Use Year for the Vacation Time used to make the Exchange Request.
If the Use Year into which the RCI Points were originally extended has passed, then the extended RCI Points shall also be deemed to have expired.
However, they can be extended for one (1) additional Use Year for a fee, and cannot be further extended or saved.
If that Use Year has passed, the RCI Points will be treated as auto-saved and will return to the current Use Year.
More Definitions of Use Year
Use Year means, with respect to an Original Vacation Plan or a Regular Vacation Plan, a calendar year, commencing January 1st. With respect to a Biennial Vacation Plans, “Use Year” shall mean the alternate one (1)-calendar year period commencing in either an even-numbered or odd-numbered calendar year, depending upon the Owner’s choice at the time the Biennial Vacation Plan was purchased. Each Biennial Vacation Plan entitles its Owner to only one (1) Use Week every two (2) calendar years.
Use Year means each Financial Year (1 March to the final day of February) throughout the duration of the Scheme.
