Ratification of the Current Agreement. The Current Agreement will be discussed in detail in an open Board meeting and the public shall be permitted to comment. The RASW will schedule meetings with its membership, to review, discuss, and consider the Current Agreement. The IBB process requires the Current Agreement to be accepted or rejected as a package by the RASW membership, and cannot be modified in the ratification process. The RASW has to obtain ratification by a majority of its members. The Current Agreement will be considered by the Board of Education at the next regular Board of Education meeting. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject the proposed Current Agreement in accordance with its authority under Missouri Law. If the Board of Education rejects the Agreement, they may seek modification by requesting to re-open the negotiations process.
