Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.
INTEREST CALCULATION COSTS 10.1 As set forth in 31 CFR 205.27, interest calculation costs are defined as those costs necessary for the actual calculation of interest, including the cost of developing and maintaining clearance patterns in support of the interest calculations. Interest calculation costs do not include expenses for normal disbursing services, such as processing of checks or maintaining records for accounting and reconciliation of cash balances, or expenses for upgrading or modernizing accounting systems. Interest calculation costs in excess of $50,000 in any year are not eligible for reimbursement, unless the State provides justification with the annual report.
Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”]. The breakdown of charges associated with this Agreement appears in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” A portion of payment may be withheld until conclusion of the Agreement if agreed to by both Parties as retainage, described in Appendix B. In no event shall City be liable for interest or late charges for any late payments. City will not honor minimum service order charges for any services covered by this Agreement.
Prices and Taxes Prices will be as quoted in writing by HP or, in the absence of a written quote, as set out on our website, customer-specific portal, or HP published list price at the time an order is submitted to HP. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and fees (including installation, shipping, and handling) unless otherwise quoted. If a withholding tax is required by law, please contact the HP order representative to discuss appropriate procedures. HP will charge separately for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel expenses incurred in providing professional services.
Rates and Taxes 9.1 The Tenant shall pay all present and future rates, taxes and other impositions payable in respect of the Property, its use and any works carried out there, other than:
Percentage Rent In addition to the Base Rent, Lessee shall be: (check one) ☐ - Not required to make payments related to Lessee’s sales or revenue (“Percentage Rent”). ☐ - Required to pay __________________ percent (____%) of __________________ (gross sales, net sales, etc.). The Base Rent and the Percentage Rent shall be referred collectively to as the “Rent.”
CLOSING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS All adjustments are made as of settlement date.
Minimum Charge The minimum charge against accumulated vacation leave shall be fifteen (15) minutes. Vacation leave shall be compensated at the employee’s base rate of pay, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Preliminary Cost Estimates The Engineer shall develop a preliminary cost estimate using the Average Low Bid Unit Price. The Engineer shall estimate the total project cost including preliminary engineering, final engineering, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, environmental compliance and mitigation, construction, utility relocation, and construction engineering inspection (CEI).
Calculation of Unit Prices Unit Prices include all sums for payment, repayment, reimbursement, remittance, remuneration, compensation, profit, cost, overhead, expense, loss, expenditure, allowance, charge, demand, hire, wages, salary, tax, cash, assessment, price, money, xxxx, statement, dues, recovery, restitution, benefit, recoupment, exaction, or injury. Unit prices to cover the addition or reinstallation of stormwater management BMPs shall be calculated by type and linear foot. Unit Prices shall not include any Time Dependent Overhead Costs, as such costs will be added as appropriate pursuant to Section 3, Part 3. The Contractor shall certify that the Unit Prices submitted do not exceed current costs in the industry or trade for like services or materials.
