Natural Resource or “Natural Resources” means land, resident and anadromous fish, resident and migratory wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, sediments, wetlands, drinking water supplies, and other such resources, belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.

Annual Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource, an Annual Energy Efficiency Resource or an Annual Demand Resource.
Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.
Public Service Commission means the New York State Public Service Commission.
Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.
Railways Commission means the Western Australian Government Railways Commission established pursuant to the Government Railways Act 1904;
Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program or, until such approval is given, the department. An authority may include a locality; state entity, including the department; federal entity; or, for linear projects subject to annual standards and specifications in accordance with subsection B of § 62.1-44.15:31 of the Code of Virginia, electric, natural gas, and telephone utility companies, interstate and intrastate natural gas pipeline companies, railroad companies, or authorities created pursuant to § 15.2-5102 of the Code of Virginia.

CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.
Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.
State Energy Commission means The State Energy Commission of Western Australia as described in section 7 of the State Energy Commission Act 1979;
Securities Commission means the applicable securities commission or regulatory authority in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;
Mineral Resource means a concentration or occurrence of solid material of economic interest in or on the Earth’s crust in such form, grade or quality and quantity that there are reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction. The location, quantity, grade or quality, continuity and other geological characteristics of a Mineral Resource are known, estimated or interpreted from specific geological evidence and knowledge, including sampling.
Central Commission means the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission referred to in sub-section (1) of section 76 of the Act;
Annual Energy Use means, (i) with respect to the first 5 years following the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kilowatt hours (“kWhs”), within the Party’s respective jurisdiction and (ii) with respect to the period after the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kWhs, of accounts within a Party’s respective jurisdiction that are served by the Authority and (b) “Total Annual Energy” means the sum of all Parties’ Annual Energy Use. The initial values for Annual Energy use are designated in Exhibit C, and shall be adjusted annually as soon as reasonably practicable after January 1, but no later than March 1 of each year
External Resource means a generation resource located outside the metered boundaries of the PJM Region.

Joint Commission means the accrediting body whose standards are referred to in these Bylaws.
Planning Commission means the City’s Planning Commission.
Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.
