Rate of Progress. Contractor will complete all Services to the City’s satisfaction within identify timeframe (not contract term) if applicable, or delete sentence. Contractor’s rate of progress is a material term of this Agreement. At the City’s request, Contractor will provide a progress schedule for the performance of any Services subject to the City’s approval.

Contractor acknowledges and understands that it is an essential term of this Agreement that Contractor maintain a rate of progress in the Services that will result in completion of the Services in accordance with this Agreement and, to that end, Contractor agrees to proceed with all due diligence to complete the Services in a timely manner in accordance with this Agreement. At the City’s request, Contractor will provide a progress schedule for the performance of any Services subject to the City’s approval.
