The 'Time for Practical Completion' clause defines the period within which a contractor must finish the construction project to a state where it can be used for its intended purpose, even if minor defects remain. This clause typically sets a specific date or timeframe for completion and may outline procedures for extending this period due to delays or unforeseen circumstances.
