Rainwater Tanks and Waste Water Systems. (i) Rainwater tanks are to be of a commercial design approved by Council and made of material certified as suitable by a registered professional engineer. Rainwater tanks must be screened from public view and must not be positioned in front of the main dwelling and must not detract from the visual amenity of the Estate.
